North Aurora Fire District
Our fire department responds to approximately 2,500 combined fire and EMS requests annually, protecting over 18,000 residents in a 10 sq. mile district.
Our staffing includes one (1) Fire Chief, one (1) Interim Chief, one (3) Battalion Chiefs, 25 full-time personnel, 15 part-time (POC) personnel, one (1) Administrative Assistant and one (1) Mechanic.
Board Meeting Minutes
Our Board of Trustees Meetings occur on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 P.M. We invite all members of the public to attend.
Throughout the year, the Firefighters Association contributes to several community organizations such as the North Aurora Lions Club, the North Aurora Mothers Club, the North Aurora Baseball Association and the Illinois Fire Safety Alliance.

North Aurora Firefighters Association
The North Aurora Firefighters Association is the philanthropic division of the fire department. It is comprised of all the firefighters and governed by a five member board consisting of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Executive Board Trustee.
